- All orders will be processed within 24 hours after receipt of valid payment information. The item will be shipped by DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex/USPS within 24 hours. A tracking number will be sent to customer within 48 hours after shipment. The delivery usually takes 2-5 days.
- Shipping to address in USA is currently FREE for all orders. You are responsible for the shipping cost of any exchanges and returns.
- Shipping to Canada will cost USD $35.00 via any Express Mail Services(DHL/TNT/UPS/Fedex/USPS etc). All items will be insured and a tracking number will be provided within 48 hours after shipment.

- Returns:
- Products that have been used are not refundable or exchangeable.
- We can issue an exchange if the item got damage during the shipping and handling process. The same item will be mailed back to you within 30 days of purchase at our discretion. Please contact us by email within 48 hours after you receive the item. You will also need to return the item back to us. After you contact us, we will provide you with RMA # and an address of where you can mail the product to. When contacting us, you must include the order number and/or the name and address which the original order was shipped to. Please use your own email account and send us an email at info@gothidxenon.com
- If you are dissatisfied with our products we can issue you a refund. Please email us within 48 hours after you receive the item. Buyer must return the item with the original package within 3 days. Note: Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs. Currently, there is a shipping and restocking charge of 25% of the total order. You will need to contact us for an RMA# and a return address. Again, you must include the order number and/or the name and address which the original order was shipped to when contacting us. Please request a tracking number from your courier and email us that number. The tracking number will be used as a RMA# to track to ensure that your package is delivered back to us and your exchange/credit is processed promptly. Not emailing us a tracking number will delay or void your return/exchange/credit.
- Warranty:
- There is a one-year manufacture warranty for the HID bulbs and ballasts. We do not warrant against damage incurred to your vehicle in any way by the usage or installation of this product. We do not warrant against damage incurred to the Headlight Flasher unit by incorrectly interfacing it to your vehicle or in any other application not covered by this installation manual. The warranty period begins from the date of receipt of purchase of our products. Within 12 months of purchase, we will repair or replace, at our option, any defective parts at no charge; however, the customers are responsible for all shipping charges. We are not responsible for installation, labor, removal and reinstallation. Incidental, consequential and/or indirect damages are expressly disclaimed. No person or entity is authorized to alter, amend or increase this limited warranty. Only bulbs and ballasts are covered under the expressed warranty. The Dealer and/or consumer will be responsible for freight or shipping charges on all merchandise returned for repair or replacement.
